You turned my weeping into dancing; You removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, that my heart may sing to You and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give You thanks forever. Ps 30:11-12

Dancing?  Is that where you are supposed to move your left foot and your right one jumps right to it; where your body doesn't receive the brain message to sway forwards but lurches sideways leaving you scuttling to stay upright?
That joyful gay abandon, the closing of the eyes and spontaneous rhythmic response to music like it's your heartbeat - I've never felt it.  For one, my brain is too busy correcting my body, watching like a pointy nosed school marm.  And my body - I have one of those awkward ones that just looks wrong in anything other than a static pose.  Even that takes work.
But here is my ultimate blessing - I can walk.
And God, Creator of all things, for whom nothing is impossible, can teach me how to dance.

You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness...(Psalm 30:11)
